How do I access ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- To access ProjectWise powered by iTwin go to infrastructurecloud.bentley.com.
Can I open ProjectWise 365 projects with ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- No, although you will see ProjectWise 365 projects in the project's list, if you select one of them you will be redirected to projectwise365.bentley.com.
Who can create projects in ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- Account Admin
- Co-Administrator
- CONNECT Services Admin
Or
- Belong to an RBAC Enterprise Role that has Provision a Project from template and Create new iTwin rights enable

How do I set Manage, Engineer, and Validate Product Entitlements for ProjectWise Powered by iTwin on Bentley Infrastructure Cloud?
- ProjectWise Powered by iTwin product entitlements are set using the standard Bentley Subscription Services portal.
- Navigate to the Bentley Subscription Services Portal: https://subscriptionservices.bentley.com/
- Select "Entitlement/License Management": https://connect-entitlementmanagement.bentley.com/
- From the left toolbar, select "Access and Alerting".
- The Access and Alerting screen can be set to apply entitlements Globally or by Region by clicking the upper-left region pull-down.
5. After selecting the regional span, select the entitlement - in this example we search for ProjectWise Validate.
6. You can set specific entitlements explicitly or as exceptions:

How do I know what entitlement - Manage, Engineer or Validate - I've been assigned in a project?
- At the top left corner, you will see ProjectWise Manage, ProjectWise Engineer or ProjectWise Validate, that is the role you've been assigned for the project.
Where are Issues, Document Review and Design Tasks?
- All Forms are now displayed under Work.
Will I be able to create custom project roles for my users?
- Currently there are only 3 project roles (Manage, Engineer, Validate). All users will be limited to these 3 entitlements. This will be addressed in a future update to allow for more flexible project role management.
Can I import custom Forms created in existing projects into a ProjectWise powered by iTwin project?
- You can create custom forms or modify existing ones. There is no ability import custom forms from other projects. This feature will be available in a future update.
Will there be an Issues Resolution dashboard available in ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- Forms dashboard is available in ProjectWise powered by iTwin.
Where is Design Validation to create Clash Tests?
- Clash Test creation is now inside the iModel Viewer. You can find Clash Detection in Frontsages. You will need a ProjectWise Validate role to create Clash Tests.
Will I be able to continue to work with Itwins in connect.bentley.com portal?
- Yes, connect.bentley.com will continue to be available for all existing CONNECT projects and you can still create iModels and use CONNECT features as before.
Will connect.bentley.com be supported and can I create service request?
- Yes, connect.bentley.com will still be supported, and related service requests will be accepted. However, future feature development on both the connect.bentley.com & projectwise365.bentley.com portals will be redirected to the ProjectWise powered by iTwin portal.
Is there a share document area available in ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- Share has been replaced with a documents area which is created with the Project. It allows for more improved document security with project roles, and it can be used by itself, or it can take advantage of ProjectWise Drive to synchronize folders and documents to the local drive.
Will I be able to access other Bentley services such as Software Downloads, Communities, Service request, Learn etc. from within ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- These types of services will still be available using the connect.bentley.com portal. However, Bentley Communities, Service Request and Share your Ideas specific to ProjectWise powered by iTwin will be available through the Resource Center.
Will I be able to access the ContextShare site to view or verify Reality modelling data or Point cloud data in ProjectWise powered by iTwin?
- Yes. Reality Data Management is available under the Administration tool. .
